Kevin D. Boone is a lifelong resident of the Incorporated Village of Hempstead. Kevin worked for the Village for over 30 years before retiring two years ago, and has been a licensed realtor for 13 years. Kevin has been a Village of Hempstead Volunteer Fire Fighter for 24 years. He is a member of the Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce & the Hempstead Chamber of Commerce. Kevin is on the Board of Directors for the Hempstead Community Land
Retired as Chief Academic Officer and tenured Assistant Professor of the Liberal Arts at The College of New Rochelle. Served as VP of Academic Affairs at Blount Academy and Resource Center. Also served as an United States Probation & Parole Officer. Currently employed as a Gun Violence Prevention Coordinator with Hempstead Works. Ordained Associate Minister and Minister of Music at the Tabernacle Community CME Church of St. Albans Queens.
Frederick is a lifelong resident of Hempstead and graduate of Hempstead High School. He has over 20 years experience in the finance industry. He is committed to the growth and development of Hempstead as a community.
Born and raised on Long Island and a recent graduate with a Masters Degree in Public Affairs and Administration with an induction into the National Honor Society for Public Administration Pi Alpha Alpha Chapter. Twenty-three years working in the field of child welfare with a focus on mental health and behavioral disorders in children and adults. Vast knowledge of creating and implementing programs with the successful organization as the Founder and President of Revamped, a social club within the NYC Circuit Community.
Completed Master of Public Affairs and Administration (MPA 2022). Awarded Magna Cum Laude achievement and inducted into the New York chapter of Pi Alpha Alpha honor society. Employment promotion to Operations Manager of a nonprofit organization responsible for a team servicing over 400 youth. Consistently serving the needs of the citizens with behavioral health challenges through nonprofit employment for the past 20 years in both metropolitan, suburban, and rural municipalities.
